Hosting

Host it with a link.

Optional. Stop at any time.
The folder stays yours.

Every project you process is already a folder you own. Hosting adds the other half: the same walkthrough served from our cloud, with a link and a QR code that open on any phone, in the field or in a meeting, with nothing to install. Switch it on for the months a job is live, and off when it is done.

GoldRecommended
$140
a month, with 15 GB of hosting
Platinum
$2,500
a month, with up to 500 GB of hosting

Three moves. None of them technical.

Hosting is a switch on the project, not a setup. Turn it on, share, and turn it off when the job is done.

  1. 01One switch

    Switch it on

On a plan with hosting, turn hosting on from the project page. The tour is served from our cloud and a link and a QR code appear beside it. Nothing to upload again, nothing to configure.

    One switch, a few seconds

  2. 02

    Share it

Send the link, or print the QR code on the site board, the listing or the handover binder. It opens on any phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to install. Give a share an expiry date if you want one.

A link, a QR code, an optional expiry

  3. 03

    Keep it, or stop

Stop hosting whenever you like. The links stop, the folder you downloaded keeps working, and you can host the same project again later by importing the folder back into the hub.

The folder is yours either way

One walkthrough, wherever you open it.

The same folder and the same link open on a desktop, a tablet and a phone, and in a VR headset. Put the QR code on the site board and anyone with a camera is inside the building.

What a hosted tour gives you.

The same walkthrough as the folder, served from our cloud, built for the phone in someone's hand.

  • A link and a QR code

One of each for every hosted tour, ready the moment hosting is on.

  • Phone first

The coarse whole-building cloud loads under 15 MB; the first view appears in under five seconds on 4G.

  • Save for offline

The hosted viewer is an installable web app; a phone can keep the tour with no signal.

  • One hub, every building

All your hosted buildings in one place, listed by address, with the link and the QR code beside each.

  • An expiry when you want one

Share for the length of a listing or a bid; a share with an expiry stops on the date you set.

  • Unguessable links, HTTPS throughout

Every transfer encrypted in transit, every stored object encrypted at rest.

Everyone on the same page

As easy to share as a link. Built to work in.

The E57 your scanner wrote becomes a walkthrough anyone can open. Pin a note where the question is, attach the drawing or the photo, mark what is done and send the link. Owners, architects, engineers, contractors and inspectors see the same building at the same point in time, wherever they are.

  • Notes pinned in place

Leave a note on the wall, the pipe or the beam it is about, not in an email thread.

  • Files where they belong

Attach the drawing, the photo or the report to the spot in the building it refers to.

  • Progress, visit by visit

Scan again as the work moves on and switch between dates from the same standpoint.

  • One link for every party

Owner, architect, engineer, contractor and inspector open the same building, from the field or the desk.

Gold or Platinum. Pick by how much you host.

Hosting questions

The ones people ask before they switch it on. The rest are on the questions page.

What does the hosted option include?
A link and a QR code for each tour, served from our cloud so it works on any phone, tablet or computer, with Save for offline. Hosting comes with the two larger plans: Gold at $140 a month with 15 GB of hosting, or Platinum at $2,500 a month with up to 500 GB of hosting for a large library. You can also skip hosting entirely and put the downloaded folder on your own server.
What happens if I stop paying for hosting?
The hosted links stop working and you keep every downloaded folder. We do not hold your work hostage. You can download a folder at any time while it is hosted, and for a grace period after hosting ends.
Can a phone use a tour offline?
The hosted viewer is an installable web app. Open the link, choose Save for offline, and the phone-quality set of the tour is cached on the device.
Where are my files stored and who can see them?
Uploads and hosted tours live in Cloudflare R2, encrypted in transit and at rest. Only you and the people you share a link with can open a tour. Our staff access files only to diagnose a processing failure you report. The full policy is on the Security and data page.
Can I delete a project?
Yes. Delete from the project page and the upload, the hosted tour and all derived files are removed from storage. Backups age out within a grace period.
