Uploading
What do I upload?
An E57 file exported from your scanner software, plus the panorama images that belong to it. Leica Cyclone exports give one spherical panorama per setup; Matterport exports give six cube faces per sweep. Both are accepted. A PDF floor plan is optional and only used as an overlay in the top-down view.
Which scanners and software are supported?
Any scanner whose software writes a standard E57 with per-setup imagery: Leica RTC360 and BLK series through Cyclone REGISTER 360, Trimble X7, X9 and X12 through Trimble RealWorks or Perspective, Faro Focus through SCENE, NavVis through IVION export, Z+F through LaserControl, Topcon through MAGNET Collage, and XGRIDS Lixel through LixelStudio. Matterport E57 exports from the MatterPak are also supported. If your workflow writes something unusual, send a small sample through the contact page and we will test it.
How long does processing take?
Processing time depends on file size and setup count; the project page shows progress while it runs. You receive an email when the tour is ready.
Is there a file size limit?
Typical projects are 1 to 4 GB. Larger multi-story buildings are fine; very large uploads may carry a per-GB uplift which is shown before you confirm.
Do you draw floor plans?
No. The top-down view shows the scan itself from above, with your own PDF plan as an optional aligned overlay. We do not produce vector floor plans, CAD files or Revit models through this platform.
I am leaving Matterport. Can I bring my old tours?
If you have the MatterPak for a space, it contains an E57 and the panorama cube faces. Upload those and the tour is rebuilt here, which you can then download and keep. The folder works whether or not you stay on the plan.
What you receive
Do I own the output?
Yes. Every tour can be downloaded as a folder with an index.html on top and a data subfolder. It opens on a desktop by double-clicking index.html, with no server and no installer. You can keep it, copy it, put it on your own storage, or hand it to a client. Nothing in the folder calls back to us.
What does the hosted option include?
A link and a QR code for each tour, served from our cloud so it works on any phone, tablet or computer, with Save for offline. Hosting comes with the two larger plans: Gold at $140 a month with 15 GB of hosting, or Platinum at $2,500 a month with up to 500 GB of hosting for a large library. You can also skip hosting entirely and put the downloaded folder on your own server.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The hosted viewer is built phone-first: the coarse whole-building point cloud loads under 15 MB and the first view appears in under five seconds on a 4G connection. Phones always open the hosted link. The downloadable folder is for desktops, because phone browsers cannot open a folder as a file.
Can a phone use a tour offline?
The hosted viewer is an installable web app. Open the link, choose Save for offline, and the phone-quality set of the tour is cached on the device.

How is pricing structured?
Your first project is free so you can judge the result on your own data. After that, processing is a flat $60 a month for as many projects as you upload, and every finished folder is yours to download. If you want the tours hosted as well, there is Gold at $140 a month with 15 GB of hosting, and for a large library Platinum at $2,500 a month with up to 500 GB of hosting. Move between plans at any time and keep the folders.
What happens if I stop paying for hosting?
The hosted links stop working and you keep every downloaded folder. We do not hold your work hostage. You can download a folder at any time while it is hosted, and for a grace period after hosting ends.

Where are my files stored and who can see them?
Uploads and hosted tours live in Cloudflare R2, encrypted in transit and at rest. Only you and the people you share a link with can open a tour. Our staff access files only to diagnose a processing failure you report. The full policy is on the Security and data page.
Can I delete a project?
Yes. Delete from the project page and the upload, the hosted tour and all derived files are removed from storage. Backups age out within a grace period.
